Responsibility:

• Implement and evaluate of the squad and elite training programme in accordance with the agreed training and competition aims of HKLSS;
• Reporting to Head Coach to ensure a positive collaborative working relationship among the team and other collaborators;
• To ensure that all relevant scientific, medical, educational and other athlete support services are fully utilized and integrated into the Sport Lifesaving programme to enhance elite training outcomes;
• Supporting the overall development of lifesaving training and competition;

Job Requirement:

• Post-secondary Education (with sport related discipline is an advantage);
• Holding Lifesaving Teacher Certificate or equivalent;
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience (lifesaving coaching experience is a definite advantage);
• Proficient in PC applications (MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing);
• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong communication skill;
• Willing to travel overseas and work overtime;
• Valid Pool Lifeguard Award.
